As an INDUSERVE SUPPLY member, you will be combining your purchasing power with other INDUSERVE SUPPLY members, as well as True value Company, thus enabling you to realize the buying power of a $2 billion dollar company.
There are two ways to purchase a product through INDUSERVE SUPPLY:
True Value Company Distribution Centers - Our expanded warehouse assortment now offers weekly delivery of over 70,000 items. There are many suppliers whose products, although not shown in the INDUSERVE SUPPLY catalog, can be sold to your customers.
Direct Ship - You place the order direct with the manufacturer, but using the discounts and terms negotiated by INDUSERVE SUPPLY and True Value Company. Product is then shipped directly to your location (or the end-user site if applicable), and the billing is processed through True Value Company. This enables you to reduce the number of invoices you process, thus lowering your transaction costs.
Members are free to use any combination of these methods. Both programs offer a year-end rebate, so you can share in the profits of a Member-owned cooperative.
